How do I pay my bill?

Visit our “Carriers” page, browse through our list of carriers, and click on the “Make a Payment” link. This will direct you to your insurance carrier’s payment page, where you can either call or pay online. Not sure which carrier you need? Give us a call and we’ll assist you with the payment process.

How do I file a claim?

Go to our “Carriers” page, scroll through the list, and click on “File a Claim.” This will take you directly to your carrier’s claims portal, where you can call or file a claim online. Unsure if you need to file a claim? Contact us, and we’ll help guide you.

How do I update my policy or add/ remove coverage?
Simply call us at 973-429-8100, or submit a Service Request Form on our website. Provide as many details as possible, and we’ll reach out to confirm the changes!
What do I do if I’m selling my property and/or moving?
Let us know! We’ll help you cancel your old policy and write a new one for your new property. The easy part is since we already know you, we just need the new property details to start quoting!
What if I am looking for better pricing or coverage?

How do I cancel my policy?

Give us a call or submit a Service Request Form on our website. Provide as much information as possible, and we’ll call you to confirm the details. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a cancellation form to sign electronically.

How often should I review my insurance policies?
We recommend reviewing your policies at least once a year, or whenever you experience a major life change.
Do you offer coverage in other states?
Yes! We are licensed in over 15 states.
What should I do if I lost my insurance card or documents?
Call us or log into your carrier’s client portal to download your documents directly.
Do you write other types of coverage?

Yes! We write a multitude of other coverages in addition listed under our “Personal”, “Professional” and “Business” tabs.

How do I get a Certificate of Insurance for my commercial policy?
