I wanted to share the experience I had with Generazio Associates. In the process of selling our home, I discovered that there were some insurance issues that needed to be rectified. Shortly after identifying these insurance needs a buyer expressed interest in our home and was in a hurry to close on the sale. The one issue that needed to be fixed was the insurance! I stumbled upon your company and specifically, Phil Chierico. Phil returned all calls, emails, and txt messages in a very timely manner. On each return call Phil made me feel like I was his only concern and seemed to thoroughly care about my issues. I know I called once when he was on vacation and another time when he was on a college orientation trip with one of his children. It was with Phil’s help and timely responses that allowed the sale of the property to go through without any hitches! Phil certainly is a tremendous asset to your staff and company’s image!

I would like to thank Gerry for her personalized service with helping me choose the best car insurance I have ever had. If it wasn’t for her I would be lost right now. I have had my homeowners insurance with the agency for awhile and she mentioned about also doing my car as well. I Highly Recommend This Agency. I was previously going through an agency in Fords NJ who had given me incorrect information and told me that my current insurance company was dropping me b/c I had leased a new car and my boyfriend was the co-signer. That made no sense whatsoever to me so I Googled agencies and found this one… I spoke to Gerry who I explained my whole story to… She agreed that what my current agent was telling me didn’t sound right. She did a lot of homework and went back and forth with the car dealership that sold me the car and Palisades Ins Co sending faxes and making phone calls. She spent 3 days trying to undo the mess that the previous agency made.. Turns out I was able to insure the car on my policy and Gerry and her office staff were awesome. Gerry even stayed late to make sure I had insurance through the weekend. I highly recommend this agency for all your insurance needs.
